抗生命恢复(recover_decrease)
* 装备抗恢复徽章后，攻击时有机率让目标附加"抗生命恢复"的状态，持续数秒。
* 依据抗恢复徽章的数值，抗生命恢复状态会减少角色从技能、法术和药水中恢复的生命值。
* 不死狂暴与神圣不死视为技能恢复，再生术视为法术恢复。
  抗生命恢复状态持续期间，发动这些不死的能力所恢复的生命值，也会依状态的数值减少。
* 抗恢复徽章可以从云游商人的抗恢复徽章宝箱中取得，数值的范围如下:
    发动机率 : 10% ~ 50% 
    持续时间 : 1 ~3 秒 
    减少 20%~90% 技能的生命值恢复
    减少 10%~60% 法术的生命值恢复
    减少  0%~20% 药水的生命值恢复
* 抗恢复徽章的数值可以使用指令 i 查询。
* 角色身上的抗生命恢复状态，可在score中查询详细状况数值。
 
* When equipped with the recover_decrease_badge, attacks will have a chance
  to attach the "recover_decrease" condition to the target for a few seconds.
* Depending on the parameter of the recover_decrease_badge, the recover_decrease
  condition will reduce the character's HP recovery from skills, spells, and potions.
* The recovery of "revive" and "Holy_revive" are considered skill recovery,
  and the recovery of  "relive" is considered a spell recovery.
  Those recovery will also be reduced according to the parameter
  of the recover_decrease condition while it lasts.
* recover_decrease_badges can be obtained from the recover_decrease_chest at the elf-mall in skara,
  and the parameter range as follows:
   Activation rate : 10% ~ 50% 
   Duration : 1 ~ 3 seconds
   Reduces the HP recovery of skills by 20%~90%
   Reduces the HP recovery of spells by 10%~60%
   Reduces the HP recovery of potions by 0%~20%
* The parameter of the recover_decrease_badges can be queried by using command 'i'.
* The recover_decrease condition of your role's can be checked in the score.
